What’s your return policy?

Return any of our products–no questions asked–within 30 days of purchase. We even pay return shipping. I ask that you state what your reason for the return is and how we can remedy the issue you have with our product or services.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available to answer your questions 24/7/365 by email. If you wish to speak to me personally I am available M-F 8:00 am to 5:00pm (CTZ).

What is my experience?

I have been working as a portrait artist since 1970. Most of my early work was in wedding photography and personal milestone portraiture. In my mid career I began to focus more on sports photography and less on the wedding portrait business. Along the way there were several opportunities to teach photography for several Junior Colleges in the Chicago suburban belt. As well as some travel for pleasure and business that resulted in recognition for my artistic ability from my peers and professional organizations.

What is my current artistic focus?

As the name of the company indicates Wheel Memories is focusing on portrait depictions of that favorite motorcycle or other wheeled honey you posses. I continue to provide to my clients the best professional service for their photographic needs in portraiture.
